Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. The chairs they had in the waiting room were horrible. I was so uncomfortable; I wish they had put more thought into patient comfort. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. This doctor seemed like he stepped out a time machine straight from 1968--long, dirty hair, baby blue velvet, bell-bottomed suit and a bedside manner out of the dark ages. He was smug, sarcastic and utterly useless. His usual practice seemed to be treating the imaginary ailments of the inmates of the local nursing homes. Avoid this bizarre clown at all costs.
They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. They were a little too argumentative and angry. Amy is the med Nazi and treats everyone like add icts. She is rude and never calls back when she says she will. She is condescending/rude/ and is infuriatingly unprofessional -
