I have had hypothyroid for 10 + years. When I visited with Jack he told me I weighed too much and my levels were not that bad. He had me take an ultrasound and never even called to tell me the test results. I called the office twice. The only call back I received was from the billing department stating that I underpaid my copay by $5.00 and they wanted it paid ASAP.
