Wait long time always. But recent visit was because office staff forgot me and I waited over 1 hour. Rude nursing staff. Rushed visits. My family was a long time patient, but no more!!! There are other and better dermatologists. I do not recommend this practice. Dr Rosenberg is all about the money, scheduling as many patients as she can and doesn't care

Hi
Diane Steininger, here. I received a 2nd call for an appointment for me and my husband. It was canceled long ago, the receptionist again stated it is a recording, 2nd time to my cell. I telephoned back. They again, same as reiterated, previously on another appointment. Even though I wasnow there recently, in the file and told to return in 6weeks. Now, to date honestly, my problem is still exisiting, worse than upon arrival. I do hope 6 weeks matters?. I have spent numerous dollars for a result, better than I began with, NOT. Dr. Rosenberg came with excellent references and I was confident in that fact,.I am now concerned. She is very personably, I am being optimistic. I Will update in that 6 weeks.
