They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was . It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. There was adequarw parking near their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
