A Superb physician!. I have been visiting his Beautiful office and location for more than twenty years!. As soon as I walked through the door, I'm always immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They go out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

Dr. Feder is world known, I want to share my experience with fat transfer- a technique he invented for rejuvenating the wrinkles. I am thrilled with the result- no scars, smooth and very youthful look! He and his staff were very professional, to the point, explained absolutely all aspects and details, followed up and I am looking forward to seeing them soon for touch up and some Botox. Dr. Feder is the best cosmetic surgeon in NyC I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.
