The medical suite has a convenient ground floor private entrance at 69 Fifth Avenue, between 14th and 15th Streets. It is located one block west of the Union Square subway (L, N, Q, R, W, 4, 5, and 6 lines). In addition the F, L, V, 1, 2, 3, 9, and PATH trains stop nearby, at the corner of 14th Street and 6th Avenue. Fifth Avenue buses stop across the street and a parking garage is located next to our office.
