Dr. Glaser is a great physician and a pleasure to visit. He always gives thorough examinations and is always very warm and patient. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to make sure that I have a great experience.

I visited Dr. Glazer's office and after my visit I was informed by an employee that all I was responsible for was the deductible. I even asked the girl to make sure so that I don't later receive a higher bill. Soon after I got a bill for $126, at which point I called the office and a different employee said that they can't just do the deductible, but that they can cut the $126 in half (which they did not do). I have been trying to get information on this disaster for 3 weeks now and the staff was totally unresponsive and did not get back to me. I then receive a voicemail from an employee in billing named Mary, who was extremely rude and unprofessional and threatened to send me to collections and hung up on me. I will pay the $126 because the money is not the issue-it was the principle.
