I have noticed an unusual turnover rate with the office staff. They are downright rude. I have experienced this almost every time I have visited this office as a patient. Not treated respectfully until placed in the examining room. We are a bother to the front room staff. I believe they are understaffed and the secretaries are overworked and stressed out, so much so that they snap at you if you don't speak fast enough. Clearly a factory environment. Good Luck!
