They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying .They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. Dr. Pearl Tam was rude and very unprofessional , she started to yell at me , because I had a question about my daughter 's allergy and I also asked her to fill out a form for my daughter's school. She just needed to give a diagnosis ,however it cause a big problem for her what to write , she ask me like 3 times what she should write on the paper ?!!! I am very angry and we will never go back to her.

I was a former patient of Dr. Tam when I was 13. I visited Dr. Tam after a severe reaction to something I was allergic to to receive medication. I was given vague instructions on the medication, a foam type of ointment, and it was consumed rather quickly as I used it for my whole body. Not sure what to do without medication to sooth the reaction, I went back with my mother and it ended up with her scolding my mother for being cheap, and being a bad mother. I was shocked a woman like this still has patients. We were just asking questions on possible purchasing the medication over the counter.
