Dr Donavan worked with me for wanting to use natural remedies instead of steriods. She gave me a sinus relief to use every day when I was near any allergens. She is a asthma specilaist soi I do not have to go to a pulmonologist. Plus she is a DO which they believe in massage being good therapy for asthmatics. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was very satisfied with my visit with this doctor. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Both the doctor and staff here are extremely friendly and welcoming. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. Their staff is very friendly and professional; I felt welcome. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.

Most important Dr. Donovan adhere to my request that I did not want steroids/drugs. She gave me sinus relief kit to remove any allergist from my sinus before getting a asthma attack. Plus told me to drink ginger tea and rinse with salt water to prevent attacks.
