Carlotta Schuster is short of the requirements that qualify someone as a human being. A colleague of mine with a severe mental disorder called her office 2 weeks ago to try to schedule an urgent appointment due to a problematic episode they were suffering from. They took the time to explain in detail over the phone what their medical background and concerns were and were promised that they would be called back within 24 hours to schedule an appointment.

2 weeks and 3 voicemail messages later and there is still no reply. How can someone who works in the field of mental health be so lacking in compassion as to not return the call and give advice on how else to see a psychiatrist to someone suffering from mental health conditions? How can a professional in a customer facing business make assurances of calling someone within 24 hours when they have no intention to do so?

If you believe there are good people in this world I urge you to take all attempts to avoid seeing Carlotta Schuster as she is clearly NOT a good person. There are several rats I have seen on the track of my local subway that would be better able to give psychiatric advice. Although they lack medical qualifications I saw one just this morning with half it's tail and 1 arm missing. It jumped up and hissed at me when I made eye contact and I am quite certain if this rat had the ability to murder me in cold blood it would have done so. This rat has more compassion than Carlotta Schuster.
