They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
