Staff is wonderful and the office is well run and efficient. Did not have to wait more than 10 minutes. Dr. Castillo is very pleasant and takes time with you.
My only complaint is I have been waiting for 2 weeks to get on the surgery schedule. Not the surgery just on the schedule. Seems to take a long time just to set an appointment for surgery

They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I was scared that something was going to go wrong. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting.
