One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. The office was easy enough to find. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.
