Dr. Ferraro is currently my Endocrinologist. Both my husband and I are very impressed with Dr. Ferraro. I am the patient. His staff are efficient and courteous. I see Dr. Ferraro within 10 minutes or less of my appointment time. He takes time to actually talk to me, listens to my concerns, and acts promptly on paperwork and justifications required by my insurance for my medical condition and medications. I do a lot of my own research on my medical issues and possible solutions and when I discuss my research with him, Dr. Ferraro is very knowledgeable and receptive to suggestions.

Staff and nurses are very friendly. Dr. Ferraro was very rude on my first visit. I was newly diagnosed with T1D and referred to him. He came into the exam room and immediately began lecturing me for not having my meter with me. No introduction, just attitude.I didn't even have a meter yet. Subsequent visits were somewhat better. However, I'm very disappointed with their policy to withhold insulin refills if you don't pay their missed appointment fee of $50. I need insulin to live, so it feels a little like extortion. Will be finding another doctor ASAP.
