Under my insurance plan my annual physical was supposed to be covered 100%. This doctor circumvented the requirement by also charging me for an office visit for a condition I was treated for 2 years ago! She didn't even require me to have another blood test to validate that I no longer needed treatment for the condition. Before my appointment I was required to pay a "deposit" just in case they needed to charge for an office visit. I had inquired before my appointment as to what would constitute an "Office visit" and result in me losing my "deposit" on my visit. I was told it just depended on what the doctor "found" during the visit. Today I was told that she spend "too much time with me" and that is why she charged me...guess I should have asked how long the meter was set for, and cut her off when she was chitty chatting about Herself.

My employer sent me to see her in order to have specific tests done. I thought all the tests she had me do, were at the request of my employer. However, she had padded their requests with other unnecessary tests. When my employer refused to pay, she stuck me with the bill Very dishonest business office.
