They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
