It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. They're always so great about answering my questions over the phone. They never make me drive all the way down there for an appointment. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.
