They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They were very knowledgeable. When I went for Lithotripsy, I was told to stop nursing for the day due to the medications. My opinion after researching is that was unnecessary. However, that is not her area of expertise, so I'll give her the benefit of the doubt
