Our practice has over 20 years experience offering a full range of medical and surgical care for children and adults. Dr. Medford specializes in Cataract, Refractive, Glaucoma and Diabetic care, as well as provide routine examinations for contact lenses and eyeglasses. We offer the latest cosmetic treatments including LASIK and Botox treatments. Our office has a full Optical Dispensary, offering the latest fashions in eyeglasses and sunglasses.
Our offices are located in Morristown and West Orange. We are affiliated with Morristown Memorial Hospital, St. Barnabas Medical Center, and Ridgedale Surgery Center. Our office staff are friendly, professional, and helpful individuals who will provide you with the highest standard of care. We look forward to

Dr. David Medford attended Cornell University and then went on to complete his medical training at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ).
He performed his Internship at University Hospital and his Ophthalmology Residency at United Eye Hospital, both part of the UMDNJ system.
Dr. Medford has been in private practice since 1988, with a
concentration in Cataract and Refractive Surgery. He uses state of the art surgical techniques including “No-Stitch”, “No-Needle” Cataract surgery, Intralase & Custom View LASIK, Yag & Argon laser procedures, and Botox Cosmetic treatments. He is the Director of the Morris County Eye Health Service, Township Ophthalmologist for the West Orange Board of Health and a recipient of the NJ ARC award for professionals. He is an Attending Physician at both Morristown Memorial & St. Barnabas Hospitals as well as an Attending Physician, Founder & Shareholder at Ridgedale Surgical Center in Cedar Knolls.
Dr. Medford’s professional affiliations include the American Academy of Ophthalmology, NJ Academy of Ophthalmology, Morris County Medical Society, Medical Society of NJ and the American Medical Association.
