They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

They were so unfriendly and cold to me that I thought I might catch a chill. I felt so uncomfortable and unwelcomed. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. The Doctor was very rude and refused to treat me be cause I refused a test that I had done 6 months and was not sure if my insurance would pay for it.
