Dr. Shih, Dr. Zablocki and Dr. Silverstein are so kind and caring, I love how they will go into the office on a Sunday just to see my children if something is wrong. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them to save me a trip to the ER. They always return my calls in a timely manner when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I trust them over any other doctor I've ever been to. I'm never unsure of their motives, and I've never doubted that they've always had my child's best interest at heart. They go above and beyond to make sure my child and I are always comfortable. My rating is strictly bases on the Doctors I named. I like Dr. Brennan a lot but feel he is a bit old fashioned and Dr. Herman is alright but not my first choice. Dr. Salston is ok with the little ones but is absolutely terrible and discusting with older girls. He has made my 19 year old sister feel very uncomfortable with his inappropriate questions and comments. I give the overall office 5 stars as well but Dr. Salston gets no stars!!

I was very uncomfortable with the staff particularly the office manager (she should be fired and banned from being employed in the medical services industry). I wish they had been more professional. I definitely don't trust them to have my child's best interest at heart. I feel like their top priority is just making money. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. The equipment desperately needs to be updated. It looks like it has been decades since they upgraded their office.
