I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I really love that they have plenty of doctors and nurse practitioners as back-up support for when the pediatrician is sick or unavailable. I feel a lot better knowing that someone will always be available when I need them. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.
