When you go for physical check up they call you in right away but for sick visit you have to wait thats because I guess they give you appointment even you call at that very day! I love this doctor and her staff, She is my kid's pediatrician for almost 9 years now..They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The office is very easy to locate and clean. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.

I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. When we walked into the examining room, I was so happy to see that they had taken the time to make the examining rooms bright and child-friendly.

I think the single biggest improvement they can do is to reduce the number of multiple appointments and reduce the wait time patients. I also feel that the doctor should get the children to try other home remedies which might be simpler than recommending antibiotics all the time.
