I appreciated that during the appointment they made a point to address both me and my child. I was glad that they made an effort to include both of us. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. I was kind of disappointed at how much they knew about child safety and nutrition. They only gave me the most basic information. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.

When I told them I was uncomfortable with my child getting certain vaccinations, they were very understanding, and thoroughly explained to me why every vaccination was important. I appreciated how considerate they were, and I was a lot more comfortable with my child getting those vaccinations after talking with them. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I really didn't like that they didn't have separate "sick" and "well" areas for the kids in the waiting room. I thought it was very inconsiderate of them.
