The staff is able to answer most of my questions. The only ones they don't are the ones the doctor needs to answer...for reasons of privacy. He is the most interactive psychiatrists I've ever met. He asks plenty of questions but listens carefully and takes notes so he remembers where we left off the last visit. I am made to feel important and respected. Dr Jim is very likable, approachable and very knowledgeable, too.
