I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a nice staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I had to wait a while in the waiting room. I've had to wait longer at other places, but it was worth it. Dr. Lanez knows what she is doing and I appreciate her help and guidance. She isn't afraid to do what other doctors have bee.

I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. I felt like the advice they were giving me was very biased. It didn't feel like they had my best interest at heart. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there.
