Dr. Decker has the ability to immediately build a rapport with his patients. He takes the time to listen to understand what the patient is experiencing, then he performs his exam.

I have found that after the exam, he explains what is happening and reviews each prioritized option with the patient. There is always the opportunity to ask questions. After the treatment plan is decided on, Dr. Decker provides another opportunity to answer questions and he makes sure that you understand what needs to be done.

Lastly, if you're like me I check credentials. Dr. Decker did his training at NYC Hospital for Special Surgeries. FYI that is THE hospital to go to for care. They're advanced and they know what they are doing. It's a great benefit to Flemington that we have a doctor of his caliber and experience providing care for us.

Office experience very satisfactory, and surgery experience at Hunterdon Center for Surgery exemplary. Would not hesitate to avail myself of the same facilities should it ever become necessary.
