I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I've been looking for an orthopedic surgeon that put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important and I think I found it. They are warm, friendly, and one of the most welcoming offices I've visited. Dr. Hirsch is very knowledgable and has great bed-side manners.
