After being seen by a great doctor in preparation for my first child's birth, the day of her scheduled Cesarian Section, Dr Sharafi was our Doctor instead.
First, she was very cold. Then she had trouble delivering my daughter which took much longer then anticipated. I understand complications happen, but nothing was told to my husband or I. Finally what I found extremely unprofessional was after my daughter was born, her very first comments were and I quote, "You should name this one, (First name) "The BRAT" (last name)".
So rather than congratulations on your new child, she calls my newborn daughter a BRAT because she had difficulties delivering her.
This was beyond unprofessional and This will remain my first memory of my daughter's birth.

I have NEVER in all my life met a more rude and unaccomidating office staff member in my life. The attitude and condescension of "Cathryn" has been such an awful experience she ALONE is enough of a reason to not choose this office. If the amazing doctors in this practice care enough about patient experience and comfort during a very difficult time, then losing this "secretary" would be a good start
