They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.

I would not recommend this provider for prenatal care. During a miscarriage, I spoke only with a nurse and it was only over the phone. A doctor never called with results or to discuss options. They just kept sending me for lab tests but never once examined me or discussed the actual pregnancy or miscarriage with me. And the communication between them and the specialist was very poor. No records were transferred or communicated.

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
Is this business in a safe neighborhood?
No way!! Be aware it is very unsafe and I was scared

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all
Does this provider treat their staff well?
Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members
