Very caring doctor. Advocates exercise, some sunlight, adequate sleep, and supplements to keep you healthy, and takes a holistic approach to curing illness, but also issues prescriptions when needed. Has taken very good care of my family including my mother to age 98 and my father to age 102. In their later years, whenever my parents needed hospitalization, he went to see them in the hospital every day and always helped get them home, where we wanted them, as soon as possible.

If you want honest answers and not take a million big Pharma pills. Diet, vitamins and exercise are the answer. He's straight forward and does care. Great doctor.
