I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.Always have an amazing experience seeing the doctor for any reason small or big.
The office is very pleasant,nice interior and set up.They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is a lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.

I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They didn't treat their staff well at all. They were very rude and demanding and I could tell the staff was miserable. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. The chairs in the waiting room were not too comfortable. I didn't want to wait too long.
