LOVE LOVE LOVE Maryellen Byrne NCP. She is the most attentive and caring doctor; spending a more than fair amount of time w/the patient. Haven't had much interaction w/the other doctors on staff, but Maryellen is highly recommended. Desk Staff is great; as overwhelmed as desk staff can be they are perfectly nice and friendly even when you call for appts. There is one nurse I'm not a fan of - not sure why the attitude because her attitude can be a game-changer; but I try to ignore it b/c I know Maryellen is at the end of the rainbow. There's a young newer nurse there who is perfectly fine.

I like the Dr and the nurse practicioner but the staff is very rude and in my opinion unprofessional. They give you a hard time to make an appointment in advance and if you aren't amoung one of the first to call in in the morning for a "same day" appointment then you are out of luck. The wait time tends to exceede the usual 10-15 minutes that I would find acceptable. My last appointment was well over 30min late. If you can find someone else or maybe try another office that this Dr. has I would. This office brings the quality right down.
