It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. However the doors are very difficult for someone in a wheel-chair to open, turn their chair around around and to enter their office. There isn't much room for a person in a wheelchair to sit in the waiting room. I haven't had the chance to check the bath-room for accessibility. Sometimes, I have to persuade the office staff to look at my chart. Yes, the support staff actually gave me inaccurate information because they weren't looking at my chart. They told me that they are just so busy to look at it. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. Dr. Waronker talks way too fast for me to understand her directions and I always have to tell her to slow down. I also didn't really appreciate getting told that my test results were "positive" (for thyroid cancer) over the telephone and not having time to digest the news. She quickly went into went into the plan of treatment. It might just be me but I was kind of caught off guard with that news and needed her to at least breathe between those sentences. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They accept many forms of insurance.
