All of my questions were answered fully during the appointment, which really put my mind at ease. It was extremely informative. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.

The cologne they wore was nauseating. I wanted to cover my nose the entire time I was there. I could hardly stand being in the room. Getting a convenient appointment time with them is almost impossible. They have really weird availability and I always have a hard time making an appointment. Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. I was really worried about the old-looking equipment here. Everything seemed extremely outdated.
