They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.

I went 3 times for weird marks on face. Racheal kept telling me there was nothing wrong. I almost asked if she needs glasses. Seemed mad that she had to take time to put on a glove. Told me it was probably always like that. I am 47 and very busy. I have something on my face I did not have before. I went because I am concerned about my face. She was dismissive. I wasted $40 and then she said maybe I should make another appt and talk to a doctor. I thought I was making an apt with the doctor who is she and why did I just spend $40 for someone who doesnt know what to do? Total waste of time and money.

I scheduled an office appointment 6 weeks in advance to make sure I got an early appointment. I have been going to Dr Kuflik's practice (with his son and daughter) for almost 20 years, but WILL NOT return to this office. His staff way over-books appointments. I waited for more than ONE HOUR, and after several conversations with staff, was told that he was backed-up with three patients still -- and they couldn't tell me when I would be seen. I FINALLY LEFT, as I told them I had another 'work' appointment. I have a job too, and obviously this doctor does not care. Time for this near-80 yr old to retire!
