The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They were always ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.
