I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Their staff is very friendly and professional.

I had such a great experience with Dr. Wayne Fleischhacker that I've already recommended him to my friends and family. I tell everyone how great they are! The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. The staff were so kind and attentive to me. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I never have to worry about them rescheduling. I didn't wait long at all.
