Dr. Durand has been my daughter's doctor since birth. She is presently 12 years of age. When she was younger, he seemed to recommend more natural methods for health and wellness. While he encouraged routine vaccinations, he suggested staggering then so that infants and toddlers are not given more than one injection at a time. During a custody situation, Dr. Durand told the guardian ad litem that I suffered from borderline personality disorder despite having seen me only in the context of wellness checks for my daughter. It should be noted that he is also the father's healthcare provider and has prescribed the father depression medications through the years. Needless to say, a psychiatric evaluation was completed by a professional and I was found to have no symptoms on BPD. He agreed with me at a wellness exam that my daughter should be in therapy due to the custody situation and recommended therapists who specialize in working with preteens. After the father dragged his feet about therapy for more than two years, the topic was again raised at a wellness exam. Dr. Durand stated that he would not comment on the therapy situation. Apparently the father had imposed some sort of gag on the doctor. One has to lose faith in a doctor who tries to frame the mother with a psychiatric disorder after spending minutes with her and refuses to make recommendations for a daughter's wellbeing because of pressure from the father. Shame on you, Dr. Durand.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
