The dr did 2 tests. They FORCE u to pay in advance, which I did. When I got the explanation of benefits, I found out they overcharged me. I called them 8 times, e-mailed the explanation of benefits. 9 months later they have not refunded me YET! They have excuse after excuse.
I was told by my insurance company advocates that they have lots of complaints about them.
DO NOT GO TO THEM, THEY R THIEVES
