They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. LAS VEGAS IS LUCKY TO HAVE DR. B.

My second lifetime surgery was with Dr. Banich. He is a terrific man who really is a special doctor. He's professional, caring and courteous. My hernia surgery was less painful than the last filling I had done. His staff was also on the ball, as courteous guest service as I could expect for the overwhelming number of patients they go through. Everyone really goes above and beyond to provide their service including the staff at the Southwest Surgery Center. Wonderful Experience, Thank you again Dr. B and staff.
