This is the absolute WORST pediatrics office in town. Their staff is completely incompetent and rude. We waited 2 hours to be seen while my 1 year old daughter had pneumonia. Additionally, they offered me a nebulizer provided through Neb Partners, I informed the staff that I already had a nebulizer at home, and didn't need another. The staff and Dr informed me that since I had Aetna insurance, the nebulizer would be covered 100% through my insurance, and "take it since your insurance covers the cost". When it was time to check out, I went to the desk to fill out information for the nebulizer, upon reading the paperwork I came across the line "you may have a co-pay for this medical equipment" I stopped and asked the employee who was processing my payment and insurance information if I would indeed have a co-pay for the nebulizer, and if so, I didn't want it. The employee replied, "You have Aetna, the nebulizer is covered 100%".
Low and behold a month later I received a bill for approximately $75 in the mail. When I called Neb Partners, assuming there must be a mistake, they informed me that the bill was not a mistake and that was my responsibility.
I called ACI's main office and was transferred to JoAnna, who was the office manager. I spoke with her telling her that their office needed to cover this cost, as I was told MULTIPLE times by the employees at the office that since I had Aetna, the nebulizer would be "covered 100% by insurance". JoAnna informed me that she would look into the situation.
Flash forward a YEAR later and not only I had I called JoAnna MULTIPLE TIMES without resolution, she also NEVER returned my phone calls, or called me to follow up, but she also lied to me about contacting Neb Partners about my account (which she NEVER did).
I contacted Neb Partners and they didn't seem to care either, that I was given incorrect information and lied to by ACI.
Bottom line: the staff at ACI is completely incompetent and they have NO idea what customer service is. I STRONGLY urge all parents to avoid using ACI offices at ALL costs.

Their office was nice and fairly quiet. It was really nice to see how patient they were with first-time mothers. I've seen some other pediatricians get really annoyed whenever a first-time mother asks a question, but they don't do that here. One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them, inspite of the time of day I go in..

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Definitely! They were some of the most child-friendly examining rooms I've ever seen
