Dr. Mendenhall was very friendly and prompt. He spent a lot of time with me and had great bedside manner. I didn't feel rushed and unimportant unlike some doctors who have multiple patients at one time and spend all of 5 minutes with you! After arriving, I probably waited only 5 minutes to see him. He gave an accurate diagnosis. I had an infected cyst, and after examining it, he told me how to treat it and it worked!. He took the time to explain what caused it, which I appreciated b/c I like to know exactly what's going on with my body. He's so knowledgeable about medicine and I like how many years he has experience.
