Dr. Korcal is a good physician, but I won't be seeing him again at his current office, Diagnostic Center on S. Durango, due to some of his rude staff there. They've shown total lack of business etiquette and follow through. Sloppy with HIPAA compliancy and confidentiality. No thank you.

I have never had to wait for my appointment. if my appointment is at 8:15 I am called at 8:15 this is HUGE !!! I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
