They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
