If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves. He seemed very lacadasical about everything. Oh, you didn't like the prep kit I insisted you buy, not covered by your insurance? Well, we will do something else next time. Oh, you still have brown water (morning of procedure)? Well, we will work it out. I was told several times he would come talk to me after procedure. Then he walked by on his way somewhere else and said: Oh, are you still here? He said the colonoscopy is not perfect, they miss things and can't see everything. Why do it then? I need a doctor who instills more confidence!

I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like my appointment was being rushed. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient if you can access it.. Definitely efforts were made to make me feel respected and attended to. Dr. Harper conducts a very thorough examination and definitely works to solve the medical issues I presented with.
