This is my all time favorite dr. He is thorough, replies to emails and is just compassionate and wise. I moved otherwise, I'd still see him. Although he may end up doing my nose/nasal surgery and I'd fly back for him to do it. He is that great.

Went to Dr Duff 3 times in 3 weeks for the same problem. I was charged each time even though I felt two of the appointments should have been considered follow-up appointments. I was given numerous prescriptions of ant-inflammatories, muscle relaxants, a nasal spay, something for nerve pain and ear drops. Nothing worked. When I called, I was made to feel like a nuisance and even was told once to just call the pharmacy myself to see if the doctor had prescribed anything. Dr Duff finally decided to refer me to another doctor so that someone could look at me with "fresh eyes." When I called back to say the doctor he was referring me to couldn't see me for three weeks, I was told by a nurse that since Dr Duff referred me to a new doctor, there was nothing more they could do. Really? I was in pain. I had tried everything he told me. I couldn't wait three weeks and no one cared! Found another doctor on my own and was out of pain within 48 hours. Would not recommend!
