My son was referred to dr Duffy. He only got to see a PA and after a short Q&A they put my son on a medication without telling him what his actual diagnosis was. My insurance did not cover the visit and when I asked about how it was submitted, they accused me of trying to commit insurance fraud. I was only asking questions. His next visit lasted onlyn10 minutes and he again did not see Dr Duffy. The PA was extremely rude.

They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I had to call several times before someone finally picked up. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They're really not the type of psychiatrist to go above and beyond. Most of the time they don't even remember my name. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. Dr. Duffy tries to be very intimidating and at times very rude. His staff seems somewhat robotic but nice enough. I just felt like my daughter was lost in a crowd.
