All they are worried about is how they are going to get paid! After not seeing them for 4 years, when I called to make an appointment they asked me if I had insurance and I told them yes. They called me back 2 times to verify I had insurance because apparently they tried checking the insurance I had 4 years prior. I gave them my new insurance number with Blue Cross Blue Shield. The first thing they asked for when I walked in the door to check in was to see my insurance card. I delivered 2 children with Dr. Mark Albins and I felt the whole time the receptionists were VERY rude. The nurses and doctors are great and very kind but the office help could use some improving and customer service skills!! They act like if they don't collect every penny they are going to get fired or something. VERY VERY Rude receptionists!!
